IP&M GROUP is owned and operated by Mighela Cochran. Working as a Real Estate Broker in Amador and Calaveras Counties, having observed the level of service given in the Property Management industry, she decided to create a company that raises the bar for Property Management Companies alike. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Board of Realtors/Amador County, Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau and the Residential Housing Association, the highest level of service and ability is assured for all of her clients. IP&M GROUP offers personalized service to its customers. A deliberate decision has been made to restrict the number of properties under management to ensure that service can be maintained with the highest level of quality. What this means for our clients is that you are effectively dealing with the principle of the company rather than employed property managers who come and go, as in so many of the larger Property Management Companies. IP&M GROUP personally attends to all aspects of the management of properties. We do not 'sub contract' any areas of the process i.e. IPM GROUP finds a tenant for your property and does not engage other companies or individuals to do so. IP&M GROUP offers a full spectrum of Real Estate Services – Not only specializing in Property Management, we pride ourselves on providing proactive and creative solutions in the sale of Real Estate in this challenging market. We specialize in Short Sales, Foreclosure Sales, Lease Option and Owner Financing transactions which results in the successful close escrows.
